Vitamin C — Ascorbyl Glucoside (2%)
Ascorbyl glucoside is a stabilised, plant-derived form of vitamin C — one of the most researched brightening ingredients in modern dermatology. Unlike pure ascorbic acid, which oxidises rapidly and can cause sensitivity, ascorbyl glucoside is enzymatically converted to active vitamin C directly within the skin, releasing it exactly where it is needed. At 2%, it works consistently to inhibit melanin production, fade existing hyperpigmentation, and stimulate collagen synthesis. The result over four to six weeks is a complexion that looks genuinely brighter from within, not merely surface-treated.

Ferulic Acid (1%)
Ferulic acid is a plant-based antioxidant found naturally in the cell walls of grains and seeds, and it holds a unique position in skincare science — it is one of the very few ingredients that simultaneously works on its own and amplifies the performance of other antioxidants. When combined with vitamin C, ferulic acid has been shown in clinical studies to more than double the photoprotective and brightening efficacy of the vitamin C alone. It also contributes its own firming and free radical neutralising properties, making it an essential partner in any serious brightening formula.

Sea Buckthorn Oil (1%)
Pressed from the berries of Hippophae Rhamnoides, a thorny shrub native to the coastal dunes of Northern Europe and Central Asia, sea buckthorn oil is one of the most nutrient-dense plant oils in skincare. Its extraordinary concentration of beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, and rare omega-7 fatty acids gives it a natural orange pigment and a skin-transforming depth of nourishment that few other oils can match. Applied consistently, it contributes a warm, healthy luminosity to the skin that reads as vitality rather than product.

Rosehip & Avocado Oil
Cold-pressed from the seeds of wild rose bushes and the flesh of organically grown avocados, these two oils work in complementary ways on the skin's surface and deeper layers. Rosehip oil is rich in trans-retinoic acid and vitamin C precursors that accelerate skin renewal and fade discolouration over time. Avocado oil penetrates deeply due to its high oleic acid content, restoring the structural lipids that give skin its cushioning and elasticity. Together they ensure that the brightening work of the vitamin C and ferulic acid is supported by a skin that is genuinely well-nourished.

Apply 3 to 4 drops to clean, dry skin in the morning before moisturiser and SPF. Warm between the fingertips and press gently into the face, neck, and décolleté. Allow to absorb fully before the next step. Can also be used in the evening for enhanced results. Always follow morning use with a broad-spectrum SPF, as vitamin C increases photosensitivity slightly during active brightening. For best results use consistently for a minimum of four weeks.
