Shipping policy

All orders are processed according delivery time (zie schedule below, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During holidays, sales, and launches, the processing and delivery times may vary.

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping through FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blosm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

You are responsible for any fees incurred for any packages rejected/returned back to Blosm (only when damaged). 

Delivery time is made up of two parts: "fulfillment time" + "shipping time."

"Fulfillment time" is how long it takes for the order to be prepared.

This depends on how many products you ordered:

  • 2 full work days for 1 - 20 products

  • 7 full work days for 21 - 100 products

"Shipping time" is the time it takes for the package to travel to your doorstep.

For the US, please keep in mind: If the order is above $800, it may be subject to import duties, depending on product category (HTS code) and carrier.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@blosm.care with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
