- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at hello@blosm.care. We will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
- Non-Damaged Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, except in cases of damage or defect. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
- Return Process: If your product is damaged or defective, please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
