At Blosm, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Due to the nature of the products and the risk of contamination, Blosm does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds. We also do not offer cancellations once the item has shipped.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or for any products that have been opened or used.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product for a full refund or replacement and if necessary return in 7 days.

- If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at hello@blosm.care. with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you in processing your return and ensure that you receive a refund or replacement.
- For any other concerns, please feel free to contact us, though please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that are not defective.
Refunds
- Damaged Products: If your product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
- Non-Refundable Products: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items that are not damaged, opened, or used.
Exclusions
- Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If your product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
