Multi-molecular Hyaluronic Acid
This formula uses both hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate — two forms of the same molecule with different molecular weights that penetrate the skin at different depths. Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, with its smaller molecular structure, reaches the deeper layers of the dermis where it binds water within the skin's own tissue. Sodium hyaluronate works at the surface, forming a moisture-retaining film that prevents transepidermal water loss throughout the day. The result is hydration that is felt immediately and maintained — not a temporary plumping effect that fades within hours.

Bisabolol
Derived from the chamomile plant, bisabolol is one of the most studied and respected calming ingredients in dermatological science. Its primary action is anti-inflammatory — it inhibits the enzymatic pathways that produce redness and irritation in sensitive or reactive skin. But bisabolol has a secondary property that makes it particularly valuable in a day cream: it acts as a penetration enhancer, improving the absorption of other active ingredients applied alongside it. In this formula, it amplifies the efficacy of the hyaluronic acid and botanical extracts while simultaneously ensuring the skin remains comfortable throughout the day.

Rowanberry Extract
Harvested from organically farmed Sorbus Aucuparia, the European rowan or mountain ash, rowanberry extract is exceptionally rich in parasorbic acid, carotenoids, and flavonoids that provide unusually broad antioxidant protection. It has been studied specifically for its ability to neutralise the reactive oxygen species generated by UV exposure and urban pollution — the primary environmental drivers of premature skin ageing. For a day cream worn as the last step before facing the outside world, an ingredient that actively defends against the day's oxidative burden is not an add-on. It is essential.

Blackberry & Raspberry Seed Oil
Both cold-pressed from organically farmed berries, these oils share an exceptionally high concentration of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in a ratio that closely mirrors the skin's own lipid barrier composition. Blackberry seed oil is additionally rich in vitamin E and ellagic acid, which contribute antioxidant protection and gentle brightening. Raspberry seed oil brings one of the highest natural vitamin E concentrations of any plant oil alongside a unique phytosterol profile that supports barrier repair. Together they ensure that by the time the day cream reaches the skin's outermost layer, it is genuinely nourished and protected rather than simply coated.

Apply as the final step in your morning ritual after cleansing, toning, and serum. Warm a small amount between the fingertips and press gently into the face and neck using upward motions. Allow to absorb for one to two minutes before applying SPF or makeup. Can also be used in the evening as a lighter alternative to a night cream for normal skin. For dry or mature skin, layer over your serum or facial oil for maximum nourishment.
